Key job responsibilities- Interface with business owners to gather requirements and deliver reports or analysis to solve business problems.- Write SQL to retrieve and analyze data from database tables (ex. Redshift, MySQL, DBs), across a broad range of data resources.- Establish scalable, efficient, automated processes for tracking and reporting on progress of initiatives.- Design, implement, and support a platform providing ad hoc access to large datasets.A day in the life
You will work closely with product managers to lead research on employee behaviors and develop automated reporting to measure the impact of product and program enhancements on the employee onboarding experience. You will work closely with other engineers to learn and implement engineering best practices and the latest BI technology.

- 3+ years of analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL etc. experience
- Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
- Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines
- Experience in Statistical Analysis packages such as R, SAS and Matlab
- Experience using SQL to pull data from a database or data warehouse and scripting experience (Python) to process data for modeling
