Develop and deliver timely, accurate, and actionable sales analysis and reporting to inform Tesla Energy's commercial performance, aligning with established criteria and metrics
Design, develop, and maintain key Sales and Sales Ops reports, ensuring data integrity and proactively improving report formats as the Energy business model evolves
Serve as a subject matter expert for reporting and Tesla Energy system data, integrating data from multiple systems into reports and supporting data mapping exercises during system migrations
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including sales teams, finance, and planning, to gather and incorporate diverse inputs and perspectives
Streamline and consolidate reports to enhance usability and practicality, ensuring that each report meets specific business needs and user requirements
Provide ad hoc analytics support, utilizing SQL and advanced MS Excel to drive data-driven insights and inform business decisions
Mentor and coach junior analysts, designing and delivering analytics training sessions to foster skills development and knowledge sharing
What You’ll Bring
Degree in Engineering, Science, Mathematics, or Applied Analytics or equivalent experience
Minimal 3 years of proven experience with CRMs like Salesforce
Minimal 3 years of SQL, Tableau, Microsoft BI and advanced MS Excel modeling
Minimal 3 years performing business analytics
Prior experience working with Sales, Sales Ops, Logistic Ops strongly preferred
Prior experience with extremely fast-paced organizations strongly preferred
