- Operate as the People leader and business partner for Consumer group SVPs and VPs to develop and steward a holistic talent plan that supports strong business results

Qualifications:
- 10+ years of HR/People business partner client experience in roles of progressively increasing scope and in matrixed, high-growth, global organizations. Strong business acumen and domain expertise supporting global product and commercial organizations is preferred.
- Experience in partnering with highly matrixed organizations; specifically, experience in implementing talent strategies to support a start-up growth business.
- Experience in a high profile, strategic HR/People Business Partner role with strong executive-level interface and a high degree of executive influence.
- Significant depth in organizational design & learning, people manager development and coaching, facilitation, and talent management is desired.
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or equivalent experience is required, with preference for an advanced degree in HR or Business Administration.
