Marketing Communications Manager
You role in Clinical Informatics will be part of a global team of marketing professionals and you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing communication strategies, assets and campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and demand for our Clinical Informatics solutions.
Your role:
- Develop and implement marketing communication plans that align with business objectives and support the growth of our Clinical Informatics portfolio. Develop and refine positioning and messaging for Clinical Informatics solutions to ensure clear, compelling, and differentiated communication that resonates.
- Create compelling, impactful positioning, messaging, and content for various channels, including digital, print, social media, events, and sales enablement, to effectively communicate the value of our solutions. Oversee the development and optimization of website content to ensure it is engaging, informative, and aligned with SEO and SEA best practices.
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and lead generation, working with regions and markets. Responsible for planning, creative briefing, agency selection, project management to produce impactful assets that align with the Marcom strategy and objectives, ensure timely project delivery from start to finish. Support selection and managed the relationships of the required agencies, agents and vendors, and is responsible for an optimal briefing and instruction for the MarCom strategy and guidelines for campaigns and projects, within the briefing.
- Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing materials and communications, maintaining the integrity of the Philips brand. Monitor and review the performance of marketing initiatives to determine value and future strategies and investments by working strongly together with the local markets.
- Manage legal and regulatory reviews, working with clinical, legal, and regulatory stakeholders to ensure all marketing is accurate and compliant. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marcom, product management, sales, and regional marketing teams, to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives.
You're the right fit if:
- You’ve acquired a minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing communications, preferably in healthcare technology; have a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing communication strategies and campaigns; and experience working on New Product Introduction (NPI) and sales enablement programs; medical device marcom experience is a plus.
- Your skills include excellent communication skills, the ability to function effectively in a multinational environment, inspiring and mobilizing teams across different cultures, and working in a matrixed international organization is a plus. Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills; video creation skills are a plus. Proficient at setting priorities, taking ownership and driving results. Proven project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

The pay range for this position in Cambridge, MA is $106,000 to $170,000.
US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa, now or in the future.
