Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- Scheduling and managing complex calendars for department executives
- Manage various internal meetings/events/off-sites across multiple time zones
- Coordinate arrangements for domestic and international travel
- Foster clear and concise communication among all necessary parties
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsProcessing expense reports
- Creating, editing, and building presentation decks
- Assist with maintaining the department’s database and working information documents
- Assist with the curation of material for internal and external distribution
Qualifications- Experience as an executive/administrative assistant, ideally with an interest or passion for Games
- Ability to take on larger projects and develop presentations/decks
- Team player who operates in a fast-paced team-oriented setting
- Ability to be discrete and maintain confidential information
- Understanding how to prioritize and respond accordingly
- Demonstrates a strong sense of curiosity, especially for the experiences and attractions industry
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize a high volume of tasks
- Willingness to work outside of regular office hours and weekends to help support team event needs
- Absolute proficiency in the Google Suite of apps (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Forms and Calendar)
Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $60,000 - $240,000.
