As an Implementation Manager Lead in the North America Implementation team, you will be responsible for organizing, monitoring, and deploying all activities within a client implementation – managing individual projects and a team of technical managers. You will align results and resources to support overall financial plans and goals of the organization.
Job responsibilities:
- Leading a team of implementation managers responsible for working directly with clients and implementation teams on the integration of complex treasury cash management solutions for new and existing clients
- Have a deep understanding of JP Morgan’s cash management products, the organization, and priorities
- Modernize the client experience by understanding client needs and applying the appropriate scalable and sustainable solutions
- Partnering with Products and Operations to architect the optimal onboarding experience for newly launched products
- Driving strategic enhancements focused on simplifying client engagement activities, automating manual tasks and delivering a client-centric engagement with clients at every touch point
- Approach delivery with an eye towards deepening customer relationships
- Recruiting and maintaining a team of world-class talent
- Leading the strategy and attainment of key KPIs; providing regular executive management updates to partners and senior management
- Fostering a strong risk and control environment aligned to the firm’s control agenda
- Promoting an environment of inclusion, engagement, and innovation across the North America Implementation team
