Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of full-cycle Dynamics 365 Project Operations implementations.
• Manage a team of functional consultants, providing guidance and support throughout the implementation process.
• Work closely with project managers, finance teams, and IT to ensure the system aligns with business processes and project accounting requirements.
• Define project scopes, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Conduct business process analysis and recommend system configurations to optimize project management and accounting operations.
• Oversee the customization and configuration of Dynamics 365 Project Operations to meet specific project needs.
• Ensure the quality and consistency of data migration, system integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, budgets, and status reports.
• Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring a smooth transition to the new system.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 Project Operations or similar project management/ERP systems.
• Proven track record of managing full-cycle ERP implementations, preferably within a project-based business environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications, particularly in Project Operations or related modules.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or other project management frameworks.
