Partner Delivery Manager

Acts as the primary coordinator, enabler and champion of
delivery partners, supporting the positioning, planning and execution of partner services

You will report to the VP of Sales.

Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do
  • Act as the primary implementation contact for partners, for support guidance, and advice on customer positioning and delivery
  • Active role during sales and presales cycles, working with the Alliances and Sales organisation to select the right partners for customers' needs
  • Contribute to customer discussions alongside partners pre and post sales to ensure appropriate delivery plans
  • Contribute to, and is an implementor of, the channel business strategy plan in direct alignment with the alliances organisation, representing delivery partners
  • Standard of data hygiene, ensuring all systems are up to date with progress on opportunities, projects and customer progression when working with partners
  • Work with Professional Services, Partner Technical Sales, and Enablement to ensure partner enablement is in place and well executed.
  • Ensure regional alignment and oversight of delivery by regional partners to regional customers.
  • May perform other duties and responsibilities reasonably attributable to the role

Role Essentials
  • BA/BS or equivalent educational background is preferred.
  • Minimum 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
