Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Logistics Management:

Coordinate the distribution of vials to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.

Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers.

Pharmacy Operations:

Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy associated with the PAP.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Inventory Management:

Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages and overstock.

Conduct regular inventory check and reconciliations.

Data Reporting:

Collect and analyze data related to program operations.

Use data insights to identify areas for improvement.

Program Optimization:

Assist in the development and implementation of program policies and procedures.

Identify opportunities to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.

Ensure the program meets all regulatory and compliance standards.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience of patient assistance programs, or pharmacy operations, or healthcare logistics.

Strong understanding of inventory management principles and practices.

Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
