Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with content COE team to address content pain points on E2E content management from planning, creation, review, to distribution
• Identify and implement new content technology from both globally and locally, and optimize existing solutions with product manager mindset
• Provide training and collect feedbacks on new content capabilities
• Agile delivery by working with Technical Team, industry partner, and global standard products
• Monitor and report effectiveness of implemented content capabilities
• SME/point of contact for global content capabilities related questions
• Ad-hoc content assignments

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree and above
• Experience with content tools and capabilities (Familiarity with Veeva PromoMats is preferred)
• English verbal and written communication, attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently within cross-functional teams
• Experience in pharm is not a requirement but preferred
