Your key responsibilities

  • Define requirements based on client and project teams, define content changes (process, tech, etc.) which need to be operationalized
  • Communicate client/auditor business requirements downstream to the operations teams
  • Perform UAT of new tool implementations, review new tools against business requirements
  • Support seasonal workloads and ad-hoc requests
  • Perform the configuration of workflow and issues, coordinating with Service Management & Admin on workforce planning execution
  • Assist in the development and training of fund analyst and other team members as needed
  • Manage reference data and fund structure set up
  • Drive high-quality work products within expected timeframes and budget
  • Assist with managing risks and ensuring key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes
  • Bring strong attention to detail, problem solving and critical thinking to ensure work is complete and accurate and escalate issues to leadership when appropriate

To qualify for the role, you must have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, economics, finance, or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience related to client/investor services, business analyst, training, capacity planning
  • Strong proven communication skills demonstrated through effective writing and presentations to clients and internal stakeholders; based on critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • An understanding of financial products and services, in particular private equity funds
  • An interest in working in an environment which encourages continuous learning, development, and identification of opportunities for improvement of individual and team performance
  • Effective project management and organizational skills
  • A willingness to work in an office when production activities require but will have the flexibility to work remotely

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Six Sigma Black belt
  • Scrum Master certification
  • Experience in financial statement reporting/analysis
  • Experience with software tools including Arc (other financial reporting tool), Canoe (Other data ingestion tool), Appian (workflow too), Investment accounting applications

What we offer

The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $89,900 to $148,300. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $107,900 to $168,500. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
