You will be responsible for:
Manage the current business with existing allocated customers, keeping products at profitable price level.
Manage the acquisition of new profitable business with existing or new customers.
Define a middle/long term strategy for the allocated applications and customers in order to ensure profitable growth.
Manage the budget elaboration on time and monitor real sales and forecast in order to understand and manage all deviations (positive or negative).
Have a reliable business plan on Salesforce.com (monthly update).
Support the execution of Key-Projects, in particular in case of Global Projects and need for cross functional issues resolution.
Review new contracts together with legal department and Sales Director.
Ensure all process flows are respected and started on time.
Our requirements:
Successfully completed business degree or comparable technical qualification.
3-5 years of experience in the automotive industry specifically.
Relevant experience in a similar position.
Fluency in German and English.
Strong selling, marketing and negotiating skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good technical understanding
Open-minded personality with a positive attitude.
Willingness to travel mainly within Europe.
