• Lead and manage a team of board design engineers focused on mixed-signal and high-speed electronics.

• Define architecture and design strategies for complex boards, ensuring signal integrity and compliance with performance requirements.

• Oversee project execution from concept through production, ensuring quality andtimelydelivery.

• Collaborate closely with FPGA engineers to ensure seamless integration between boards and programmable logic.

• Work with cross-functional teams (SW, Algo, System, Mechanical) to deliver integrated solutions.

• Drive innovation by evaluatingemergingtechnologies and incorporating them into product roadmaps.

• Mentor team members, foster technical excellence, and build a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

What you should have

• At least 8 years in board design development, including 3+ years in a proven leadership experience managing board design teams.

• B.Sc./M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.

• Deep technicalexpertisein mixed-signal and high-speed board design, including controllers and special-purpose boards.

• Strong understanding of signal integrity, power integrity, and PCB design for high-speed systems.

• Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Cadence, Mentor, Altium) and simulation environments.

• Knowledge of FPGA interfaces and hardware/software co-design principles.

• Excellent communication and decision-making skills.

• Work closely with the product management, design, and customer experience teams to gather product feedback and ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the product life cycle
• Develop a deep understanding of the product, its unique value proposition, and target customer segments. Craft compelling positioning and messaging that effectively communicates the product's benefits and differentiation in the market
• Develop and communicate Elementor’s value proposition through marketing materials, web pages, emails, product screens, and more, to drive feature adoption, success and retention
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies that maximize awareness and user acquisition of the product.
• Leverage customer research, feedback, and market intelligence to develop accurate customer segments and identify key customer pain points, needs, and preferences. Align marketing initiatives to address these insights and create compelling customer experiences
• Create impactful marketing materials, including product videos, website content, emails, and blog posts, that effectively communicate the value and benefits of Elementor’s product to increase awareness and adoption
• Plan and execute the successful launch of the new product, including coordinating marketing activities, monitoring campaign performance, and adjusting strategies as needed. Measure and report on campaign effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for optimization
• Improve user journeys to increase customer acquisition, conversion, and engagement rates

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Product Marketing Manager
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for different audiences and channels
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions
• Have experience creating high-end marketing collateral across multiple channels
• Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Possess a high degree of design aesthetics, and can guide other stakeholders towards the best results
• Have strong proven analytical skills, are data-driven, and are familiar with A/B testing
• Self-starter who can work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with targeting SMB/mid-market is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Experience with WordPress and Elementor - an advantage

• Manage and optimize our affiliate program: Evaluate our existing affiliate activities and campaigns. Identify possible solutions and propose improvements to achieve the best results.
• Implement strategies to attract both newbie affiliates and top industry affiliates (influencers). You’ll need to find them, recruit them, and get them to promote our brand.
• Handle influencer partnerships, contract negotiations, content planning, and feedback provision.
• Foster affiliate relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for affiliates to provide support, answer inquiries, and resolve potential issues. Collaborate with affiliates to develop and execute marketing campaigns that align with our brand and goals.
• Performance tracking and reporting: Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics, such as conversion rates, traffic, and revenue generated. Report on the results of affiliate initiatives to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Payment management: Coordinate the timely and accurate payment of affiliate commissions, ensuring transparency and accuracy in the payment process.

• 3+ years of experience as an affiliate manager or in a related field
• Demonstrated success in managing and growing affiliate programs, preferably in the software or digital marketing industry
• Ability to effectively communicate with affiliates and senior management and collaborate with other department members to convey information and resolve issues
• Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting affiliate performance data
• Ability to identify trends, draw insights, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization and growth
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding affiliate program goals and targets with a proactive, results-oriented mindset that drives affiliate performance and revenue growth
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain affiliate relationships
• In-depth knowledge of affiliate marketing concepts, strategies, and industry best practices.
• Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms and tools such as Ahrefs, Similarweb, Google Analytics, and more
• Familiarity with Elementor products and services - an advantage
• Proven track record of working with influencers - an advantage
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
