In this role, you’ll help define long-term strategy, elevate team execution and contribute to the ongoing evolution of our products.
What you'll be doing - Partner closely with a seasoned product organization, including Product Managers, Content Managers and Product Designers, while mentoring team members, elevating product thinking and helping shape a high-performing product culture.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the company to surface needs, identify opportunities and drive impactful product initiatives.
- Contribute to roadmap definition, strategic planning and execution of key initiatives.
- Step into hands-on product work when needed to move key efforts forward.
What we're looking for - 8–12 years of product management experience in B2C or B2B2C environments, with a strong track record of launching and iterating on user-facing products in close partnership with R&D.
- Proven track record of leading or mentoring other product managers.
- Deep familiarity with mobile and web trends, apps and content.
- Strategic mindset paired with strong execution skills - able to see the big picture while driving toward measurable outcomes.
- Demonstrated analytical skills with experience working on big-data products serving millions of users.
- Strong technical understanding.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage priorities and influence cross-functional teams.
You might also have - Experience in news or content-driven products.
- Background with monetization strategies, services and tools.
