Global Cash Management and Liquidity:

  • Manage daily cash positioning, monitor bank balances, and manage the company cash transfers process to ensure optimal liquidity across all global bank accounts.

  • Prepare and maintain short-term and medium-term cash flow forecasts.

Monthly closing process:

  • Own and manage the end-to-end payment process from execution through to posting, ensuring adherence to internal controls.

  • Analyze and account for transaction fees, interchange costs, and settlement variances.

Financial Risk Management (Hedging):

  • Manage the operational aspects of the company’s FX hedging program , primarily focusing on foreign currency risk exposure arising from collections and disbursements.
  • Execute foreign exchange spot and forward transactions with partners.

Virtual Card Programs:

  • Serve as the administrator for the company’s virtual credit card (VCC) platforms, managing card issuance, limits, and internal user support.
  • Ensure proper control and accounting reconciliation of all virtual card transactions and refunds.
  • Develop and implement internal policies and controls related to the usage of VCCs.
  • Execute foreign exchange spot and forward transactions with partners.

About the Role:

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Receptionist & Office Coordinator to be the heart of our office operations. What You’ll Do:

How you’ll spend your day

Your experience and qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in accounting or business-related field
  • Master’s degree from an accredited university in accounting or business-related field
  • Minimum 6 years of SOX compliance and/or internal audit experience
  • Minimum 4 years of managerial experience of teams and projects
  • Big 4 public accounting experience, working with public companies- Advantage
  • Licensed CPA - Must
  • Vast knowledge and strong understanding of SOX requirements, internal control framework, business process analysis and risk assessment
  • Strong understanding of US-GAAP
  • General understanding of the pharmaceutical industry - Advantage
  • Ability to extract and synthesize information and draw conclusions
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Hebrew
