Your Key Responsibilities

As a member of our IRM service center, you will be part of a specialized team supporting the delivery of risk and technology solutions on Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platforms such as Archer Technologies and Service Now.

Skills and Attributes for Success

  • Responsible for managing IRM service center delivery around GRC offerings
  • Support ongoing maintenance and enhancement requirements for our clients
  • Supervising daily activities of 8-12 service center Tier 1 or 2 Analysts
  • Managing project/engagement budgets for IRM service center capabilities
  • Support development of policies and procedures to guide IRM service center activities

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Archer Certified Administrator – Specialist or Archer Certified Administrator – Expert (formerly Archer Certified Professional)
  • Experience with data feeds, APIs, and other integrations
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Possess working knowledge of and prior experience applying risk management fundamentals
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Past experience managing and prioritizing multiple projects / work streams
  • Ability to think critically and problem solve
  • A team-focused mentality with the proven ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders

Ideally, you’d also have

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or other related area of study preferred

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret-level clearance or higher
  • Past experience mentoring and developing personnel
  • ServiceNow Certifications: Certified System Administrator (CSA)

The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $86,500 to $142,700. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $103,700 to $162,100. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.

  • Oversees processes, risks, and controls and tracks and monitors issues to ensure adherence with policies, risk standards, and compliance with internal and regulatory liquidity reporting requirements.
  • Partners with other Lines of Business (LOBs) to determine limits, guidelines, and direction, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and the bank's risk framework.
  • Monitors liquidity risk trends relating to business activities and correlations between business drivers and liquidity usage and builds out enhanced liquidity reporting.
  • Streamlines reporting processes and builds out analytic capabilities using emerging technology (e.g., Alteryx, Tableau, etc.)

  • Existing knowledge of, and experience with public cloud platform (XaaS) features, capabilities, and best use scenarios
  • Existing knowledge of, and experience with application developments or operations under the container / serverless environment on public clouds
  • Ability to independently troubleshoot, reproduce issues and identify feasible workarounds in broad, complex, and unique environments with mixed applications and protocols required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience supporting Firewall or Network and Security devices is a plus

  • Understand formulary and P&T processes for assigned customers—including clinics, IDNs, and specialty pharmacies—to support formulary access for targeted Teva products
  • Enter all account and customer activity into the Teva CRM system (Veeva) on a daily basis
  • Penetrate assigned customer targets at all levels to build relationships that support strategic objectives
  • Analyze your region as a business unit using Teva-provided resources, including preparing and presenting quarterly business reviews

Your experience and qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Account Management, Sales, or Marketing, or at least 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience in the buy & bill market, preferably in the biosimilar space, is preferred
  • Experience working in hospital or IDN markets is preferred

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:

  • Proven track record of superior sales results and strong business acumen
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical reimbursement and the 340B
  • Strong negotiation skills

Travel requirements:

  • Up to 50% travel required
  • Incumbent must live within 60 miles of the workload center within their assigned territory

Physical requirements:

  • Ability to sit for extended periods at a workstation or while operating mobile equipment
  • May be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) during site visits (e.g., safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves)

Credentialing Requirements: Employees in customer facing roles will be required to complete all Teva customer credentialing requirements for access to their customers within 60 days of their start date. The employee will be required to upload proof of immunization to the credentialing vendor system within 60
days of notification of requirement. Such credentialing requirements may include, but are not limited to, additional vaccinations, medical testing and customer facility safety training.


Compensation data

The annual starting salary for this position is between $134,800 - $176,900 annually. Factors which may affect starting salary within this range and level of role may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
