  • 10+ years of experience across various disciplines within Human Resources (i.e. Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partner, etc.)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent combination of relevant experience, education, and training.

  • Sophisticated HRBP experience in Talent Strategy, Talent Planning, Executive Succession, Governance, Executive Development.

TheSr. Principal, Geo Talent Management, plays a critical role in integrating and executing the global and geography talent priorities. You will also be accountable for assessing and monitoring the geography’s talent marketplace and for making recommendations to address any competitive issues Nike may have to attract and retain world-class talent. This role operates within an agile team, allowing for flexibility in line with the needs and Nike’s Talent cadence cycle.

  • Strategically influence, comprehend, and devise plans to integrate and activate multiple Functional talent strategies and priorities to optimize the impact of the work and investments and to establish a consistent employee experience for geography talent.

  • Utilize Nike's Enterprise programs, tools, and practices to facilitate the development of cross-functionally skilled talent to provide the global talent pipelines with highly capable talent to lead Nike today and in the future.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

In this role, you will build an end-to-end pipeline and succession strategy, encompassing the entire talent lifecycle from selection to development to movement/placement. You will identify and build key identification strategies for key business pipelines, including our General Management (GM) pipeline, as well as critical populations, such as our high potential talent. You will also play a pivotal role in driving NIKE’s assessment philosophy and practice – influencing the global strategy for assessments at NIKE.
