  • EU, UK or US law degree

  • A Batchelors’ and/or Masters’ Degree, and a legal professional qualification

  • Native or fluent English speaking and writing skills

  • Knowledge and experience in data protection law; a CIPP/E / CIPT (or similar) certification is preferred

  • A deep understanding of GDPR and the e-Privacy Directive how this applies to enterprise and consumer-facing technology; knowledge of DMA/DSA and AI Act is preferred

  • Ability to be the “voice of reason” in crisis situations, to quickly respond to issues at hand and to prioritise effectively, with a “customer first” mindset

We are seeking a
Technical Product Managerto join our Core teams in the Experimentation Platform department. In this role, you will own key components of the experimentation data infrastructure and data products that power product decision-making at Booking.com.

  • You will be responsible for ensuring that our tracking systems, randomization logic, data pipelines and APIs are reliable, scalable and easy to use. You will partner closely with engineers to modernize legacy systems and enhance developer experience across the company.

    • Enable governed and secure access to experimentation datasets to ensure consistency and trust across all analytical use.

    • Establish data quality and governance standards to maintain accuracy, reliability and compliance across experimentation data products.

Role Qualifications and Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 4 years in Product Management with a technical or platform focus, ideally managing data platforms (e.g., Experimentation, Machine learning platforms, Data warehouse, Data Lakes)

  • Data Product Mindset: Experience defining and delivering internal data products that transform raw data into trusted, actionable insights. Comfortable working with stakeholders to identify use cases, shape data access patterns and enforce governance standards.

  • Delivery & Maintainability: Proven ability to manage technical roadmaps, address technical debt and balance short-term delivery with long-term platform and product health.

  • Technical Fluency: Strong understanding of APIs, real-time and batch data pipelines, tracking libraries, and event collection technologies.

  • Experimentation Knowledge: Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation concepts, with an eagerness to deepen expertise in this area.

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to validate assumptions, explore data, and trace how it moves through systems; proven problem-solving and structured thinking.

Je bent service gericht en je kijkt ernaar uit om vanaf dag één zowel onze nationale als internationale cliënten en hun werknemers te helpen door te adviseren de fiscaalrechtelijke en sociale zekerheid aspecten van grensoverschrijdende arbeid. Je bent een spin in het web en communiceert met collega’s in het buitenland en de diverse instanties. Geen werkdag is hetzelfde. Het ene moment bel je met een werkgever, een werknemer of de Belastingdienst en het andere moment optimaliseer je het mobiliteitsprogramma van de client. Onze People Advisory Global Mobilty praktijk is marktleider in Nederland en helpt klanten hun fiscale positie te beheersen en te voldoen aan verplichtingen op het gebied van wet- en regelgeving en rapportage.

Het team bestaat uit een goede mix tussen leergierige starters en meer ervaren collega’s die het beste uit zichzelf willen halen en door middel van opleiding en begeleiding ook het beste uit de andere teamleden willen halen. In de basis werk je vanuit ons kantoor in Den Haag, maar flexibel werken (thuis en op onze andere kantoren in Rotterdam, Amterdam of Eindhoven) is natuurlijk goed mogelijk.

Wat je gaat doen: How can you make a lasting impact in a rapidly changing world?

Je gaat als (Senior) Consultant aan de slag binnen een internationaal team om onze klanten te helpen bij het beheer van de complexe compliance, rapportage en risico's die direct verband houden met het wereldwijd inzetten van werknemers. Dit doe je door:

  • Mee te denken met internationale organisaties over hun wereldwijde strategie voor hun mobiliteitsprogramma en de fiscale en sociale zekerheidsgevolgen hiervan voor hun medewerkers;
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat organisaties geïnformeerd zijn over het voldoen aan de wetgeving met betrekking tot grensoverschrijdende arbeid;
  • Contact met de werknemers van je cliënten om hen op de hoogte te brengen van de fiscale en sociale zekerheidsgevolgen van grensoverschrijdend werken;
  • Verdiepen in de belasting- en sociale zekerheidswetten, regelgeving en jurisprudentie. Daarnaast doe je ervaring op hoe deze wetgeving/jurisprudentie in de praktijk uitwerkt;
  • Het adviseren van je cliënten op strategische niveau over de fiscaalrechtelijke en sociale zekerheid aspecten van grensoverschrijdende arbeid.

Wat wij zoeken: Where do you start if you want to change the world?

  • Je hebt een afgeronde WO opleiding fiscaal recht of fiscale economie;
  • Ten minste 3 jaar werkervaring binnen de fiscale advisering over grensoverschrijdend werken is een pré;
  • Je bent bereid de driejarige opleiding van de Nederlandse Orde van Belastingadviseurs
  • (NOB) te volgen, ben je hier al mee gestart of je hebt deze al afgerond.
  • Je hebt een uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal;
  • Je bent cijfermatig en analytisch sterk, proactief en nauwkeurig;
  • Je hebt gevoel voor humor, positief ingesteld en je hecht waarde aan een gezellige werkomgeving.

  • Perform weekly inventory position review with Partners and Managers .
