As Events Programs Analyst on the Corporate Events team, you will be instrumental in supporting data-driven decision-making for our global event strategy. This role goes beyond traditional analytics and reporting—you will also lead competitive landscape research, identify emerging trends in the corporate events space, and provide strategic insights to optimize our experimental marketing portfolio. WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Analyze performance data from third-party conferences, proprietary events, and ancillary events to assess ROI and event impact.
  • Research and develop metric frameworks to measure performance across key areas such as audience reach, engagement, satisfaction, influence, and business impact. This includes building and refining metric modules like audience & attendance metrics, engagement & participation metrics, relationship & influence metrics, among others, to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Leverage data modeling and business intelligence (BI) skills—including query building, visualization, and dashboarding to deliver accurate, actionable insights.
  • Own competitive market research related to corporate events, including trends, formats, new technologies, and benchmarking against peer companies and competitors.
  • Deliver quarterly insights and recommendations to inform event planning and executive decision-making.
  • Oversee operational & cost metrics to ensure accurate reporting of costs to support ROI analysis.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders across Marketing, Revenue, Marketing Operations, Product, and Finance teams to gather data requirements, align on performance metrics and models, and deliver insights that support strategic initiatives. This role acts as a bridge between data and business functions, ensuring analytical outputs are relevant, actionable, and aligned with broader organizational goals.
  • Optimize team tooling and infrastructure to ensure efficient, scalable, and seamless processes across the Corporate Events team including evaluating, implementing, and maintaining systems that support planning, tracking, and reporting.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • 3+ years of experience in a business analyst, revenue operations, or data insights role, preferably within B2B tech or cybersecurity.
  • Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, engineering, computer science, or a related quantitative field—or equivalent practical experience.
  • Familiarity with event ROI models, attribution and influence tracking, and marketing performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in Tableau for data visualization, dashboard creation, and event performance reporting.
  • Experience with Salesforce, especially for tracking leads, pipeline influence, and integrating event data.
  • Experience working with data warehouses such as Snowflake is a plus.
