Your key responsibilities
- Serves as coordinator and assists with project manager in the areas specified above working closely with Talent Milestones Program Event Project Managers. Provides assistance with research around knowledge and services that are at the leading edge of thinking (internally and externally) in areas of specialty
- Collaborates with Travel, Meetings & Events Team across all programs to ensure efficient and effective planning and use of budget.
- Supports the design and development of specific organizational and people effectiveness programs
- Develops and maintains calendar of events to include events in Milestone Program Event scope, as well as broader firmwide programs/events to ensure appropriate engagement of firm leadership (including USMC) and broad awareness of events
- Leverages knowledge on internal firm processes and protocols including but not limited to SCORE, BRIDGE and data/analytic tools
- Liaises with broader Talent community (STC/TCs, BMC, Learning, Visa & Immigration, etc.) to ensure all event hosts/participants in good standing with firm and supported with visa/travel process (when necessary)
- Manages engagement of EY vendors required to support events (American Express Travel, Cvent, Spotme, etc.)
- Develops on-site support model to thoughtfully engage broader talent community, including training and execution of event to ensure exceptional participant experience
- Supports change management plans and communications for related efforts
- Manages budget for regular updates to Talent leadership
- Supports evaluation of the effectiveness of programs (e.g., participant surveys, focus group engagement)

To qualify for this role, you must have
- Three plus years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience
Ideally, you'll also have
- Two-plus years of experience preferably within talent, finance, recruiting or resource management
- Experience working in professional services
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business situations
- Strong reporting and analytical skills
- Aptitude for learning new technologies extemporaneously
