In this role, you will:
Provide meaningful assessments of current financial/regulatory reporting control environment, including internal control over Bank financial and regulatory reporting environment
Develop, govern and oversee COSO-based policies for financial regulatory reporting internal controls; maintain same and proactively anticipate internal controls matters
Monitor new and emerging internal control and regulatory reporting related guidance and issues; facilitate stakeholder training to mitigate risks
Be SME consultant in process and control related matters with evaluation of control deficiencies, remediation efforts and implementation ofprojects/initiatives,including our Financial Reporting Governance & Oversight Policy
Partner with regulators, Corporate Finance, Treasury and other stakeholders
Be self-motivated change agent for continual improvement of the control environment
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of Finance, Accounting, Analytics, Reporting or Business and Technology Audit experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Knowledge/understandingof regulatory agencies and their authority: Federal Reserve and OCC
Experience with COSO Framework; financial services or banking a plus
Big 4/public accounting experience, audit or internal controls testing experience
Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation
Proven success in prioritizing work and meeting deadlines in complex, matrixed environment
Able to manage high level of responsibility with proactive initiative and accountability
Tailored communication and experience creating/presenting material to strong-minded senior leaders

About this Role

Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military service, or education.
Desired Qualifications
Proven expertise in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery , with hands-on experience in modules such as HR Case Management, Employee Relations, Live Chat, and Now Assist.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams through workflow mapping, requirements gathering, testing, and solution delivery.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Track record of successful HRSD implementations and enhancements.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and guide less experienced team members.
Experience working in a highly regulated environment.
Experience leading and facilitating workshops and discussions to meet client objectives and desired outcomes
Experience driving the requirements process with both technical and business partners
Experience interpreting business and technical needs and translating them into user stories
Experience managing complex technology projects and presenting to multiple levels of management
Ability to operate as part of cross functional work streams to execute projects with quality and on-time
Knowledge of HR business processes

In this role, you will:

Prepare comprehensive tax work papers, perform account analysis, and prepare responses to audit requests

Knowledge and understanding of equipment finance and leasing
Knowledge and understanding of tax software such as Property Tax Management Software (PTMS) and Tax Research software (CCH, IRA)
Completion of a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation or CMI - Property Tax Certification
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access) skills
