About this role:
In this role, you will:
- Lead cross-functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services, and initiatives that directly support the operational effectiveness of the team.
- Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, mitigate risk exposure, andidentify opportunitiesto create efficiencies and improve execution.
- Advance strategic communication efforts to elevate visibility of team initiatives across the organization, ensuring impactful storytelling and effective escalation of key outcomes to leadership.
- Support the design and refinement of strategy , ensuring alignment with business goals and measurable outcomes.
- Monitor progress and performance through data-driven assessments, leveraging creative approaches to solve complex issues and develop actionablerecommendations.
- Facilitate decision-making in highly complex and multifaceted situations, applying a solid understanding of the business group's functional areas to resolve issues and implement solutions.
- Deliver outcome-oriented storytelling , translating insights and progress into compelling narratives that inform and influence stakeholders.
- Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team, team leaders, and strategic partners to drive initiatives forward.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities , with a demonstrated ability to synthesize complex information and strategies into actionable insights.
- Highly proactive and resourceful , comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving progress independently.
- Proven experience collaborating with senior executives and cross-functional teams , with a track record of influencing strategic direction.
- Demonstrated success supporting executive-level decision-making , strategic planning, and progress monitoring through data-driven storytelling.

Pay Range
$131,000.00 - $206,000.00
