About the Role
As a Mid-Market Growth Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and increasing operational and commercial excellence with our existing customers. As a Growth Account Executive, you will work closely with current customers in the Mid-Market segment (<2500 employees) to understand their unique challenges and goals, acting as a consultative partner on the Uber for Business platform. You will own the relationship and growth strategy by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, negotiating deals that are mutually beneficial, and getting commitment from senior decision-makers.
This role is hybrid in nature making this a perfect fit for a seller with a hunter mindset and excellent relationship and account management skills.

We’re looking for a strategic and data-driven professional to join the Delivery Commercial Operations team in LATAM as a Senior Strategy & Planning Associate. In this role, you'll champion product adoption and drive demand generation through scalable strategies and tools.
What You’ll DoAct as a regional product champion for Offers: support rollouts, gather feedback, manage escalations, and promote adoption
Lead planning cycles: define annual and quarterly targets, align with incentive plans, and benchmark against competitor offerings
Enable commercial teams: lead office hours and training sessions, share best practices, and offer consultative support for campaign optimization
Design and scale adoption strategies across managed and unmanaged merchants, ensuring alignment with local and global goals
Build and maintain performance dashboards, automated tools, and offer recommendation systems
Support the commercial organization with data analysis and insights to inform execution and unlock growth opportunities
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across functions and influence stakeholders
Experience presenting to large audiences and driving alignment across teams
Solid analytical skills, with hands-on experience in Sheets and SQL
Organizational strength to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Strategic mindset with an ability to move into execution when needed
Fluency in English and Spanish
5+ years of experience in Strategy & Planning, Sales Operations, Business Analytics, Marketing Ops, or Consulting
Experience working with CRM platforms (Salesforce or similar)
Experience with product enablement and commercial tooling
Exposure to regional or global cross-functional environments
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and prioritizing effectively in fast-paced settings

About the Role
In this role, you will be part of the North Asia Strategic Finance team that covers Hong Kong, Taiwan, South Korea and Japan, and will report to the Head of Finance, North Asia Mobility . You will be partnering with CEOs/GMs, Local and Central Operations, Strategy & Planning, and various functional teams, while working in close collaboration with the rest of North Asia, APAC and Global Mobility Finance teams. There will be a high degree of P&L ownership in this role.
In this position, you will be driving strategic analysis and insights to influence finance and business leaders around product portfolio, competitive dynamics, marketplace investments and engagement levers, rider and driver operations. In addition, you will help the team in setting and delivering targets, through forecasting, reporting and analysis efforts, but also building the right financial discipline across multiple initiatives. Besides FP&A, you will also have the opportunity to participate in key regional strategic projects and establish ROI processes for capital allocation across the region.
