Financial Planning & Analysis:

Conduct monthly financial analysis, including variance analysis, performance tracking, and scenario modeling.

Prepare and present comprehensive monthly reporting packages to management, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities.

Strategic Change Management & Automation:

Identify and implement opportunities to streamline reporting and analysis through automation and BI best practices.

Communicate complex financial information in a clear, concise, and actionable manner to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.

Support ad hoc analysis, special projects, and continuous improvement initiatives as required.

• Education Required: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field. Advanced degree (CPA, CFA, or MBA) is an asset.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in financial planning & analysis, business finance, or related roles. Working knowledge of US GAAP and/or IFRS.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is an asset.

Business Relationship Management

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with business leaders and stakeholders across Corporate and Finance functions.

Digital Tools & Change Enablement

• Train business teams and promote the adoption of digital tools and automation solutions.
• Ensure compliance with Teva’s SDLC, SOPs, and applicable regulatory guidelines.

• Education Required: Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Information
• At least 5+ years’ experience of IT Stakeholder Management; experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is strongly preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in SAP FI/CO modules and strong understanding of accounting principles and financial planning processes
• In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry, including market dynamics, regulatory frameworks, and data privacy requirements

• Serve as a strategic Finance BP to Commercial Leadership, Regional leadership and other BU Leads, providing financial insights, consultative advice and recommendations.
• Lead the quarterly, annual, and long-range planning processes, ensuring alignment with global finance timelines and objectives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Minimum 8-10 years of progressive experience in FP&A or commercial finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial planning processes.
• Advanced proficiency in SAP FI/CO and BI modules and the full Microsoft Package (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Experience working with Revenue management system, SAP planning system would be an asset.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple priorities, and drive cross-functional collaboration.
