What You’ll Do What You’ll Bring
As a Operations Specialist at Tesla, you will manage the day-to-day registrations that support vehicle sales, delivery, and financial processes across both new and used cars.
You will play a key part in your delivery hubs readiness and compliance of registrations supporting internal processes and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do
- Complete the daily registration to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Monitor and record registration metrics to identify and resolve any issues promptly.
- Handle the processing of government incentives, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all incentive-related activities.
- Provide support for onsite delivery operations, coordinating with various teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
- Conduct daily compliance checks to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain a strong rapport with your Central and Delivery teams, collaborating effectively to ensure a seamless registration process.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a passion for customer service.
- Strong knowledge of Tesla’s products and the ability to communicate clearly.
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work both in the Delivery center at Ashdod Port and at the Tel Aviv office, as needed.
- Strong proficiency in Excel.
- Passion for Tesla’s mission and customer experience.
- Fluent Communication in English and Hebrew.
- Valid driving licence.

- Providing day to day support for Sales, Delivery and Service and supporting teams
- Facilitate continuous improvements by identifying and implementing process optimisations across our SSD teams
- Create, maintain and optimise operational dashboards and reports for field teams and leadership
- Collate key business analytics to support and guide local field teams
- Manage a weekly field update showcasing updates, process, system & product enhancements/changes
- Identify potential enhancements to our processes / tools that will facilitate growth.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to keep up to date and accurate.
- Review and summarise weekly customer experience trends for key stakeholders’ revision and action
- Support various teams within the sales operations (order operations, fleet & allocation, inside sales and registration) umbrella with daily output specifically during peak sales & delivery volume
- Provide support to the business for key operational tasks when required
- Create business automation solutions to drive operational efficiencies·Manage key business projects end to end
- Manage customer communications platform logic to ensure automated communications are operating
- Manage and execute system enhancement requests from key internal stake holders
- Must be detail oriented, possess strong analytical skills and have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Evidence of strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work across multiple platforms and systems, must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and SQL
- Driven and enthusiastic with a genuine interest and passion for Tesla’s mission
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Engineering, or Computer Science
- 2+ years of experience in operations roles, preferably in a technology or energy-related field
- Strong desire to take initiative, eager to learn, result-oriented and creative thinker.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, effectively multitask, prioritize tasks and processes, and track findings and deliverables
- Serve as liaison to, and work cross-functionally with other teams, including Sales, Logistics, and Service
- Develop expertise on all internal processes and tools and serve as the process expert for your team
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to meet business needs.
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain cooperative cross-functional relationships.
- Valid driver’s license in the country in which you are applying and an acceptable and safe driving record.
- Good level of English and local language, both oral and written
