Als Operations Specialist bij Tesla beheer je de dagelijkse registraties die de verkoop, levering en financiële processen van voertuigen ondersteunen, zowel voor nieuwe als gebruikte auto's. Je speelt een belangrijke rol in de gereedheid van je leveringshub en de naleving van registraties, waarbij je interne processen ondersteunt en voortdurend verbeterinitiatieven stimuleert om de efficiëntie en klanttevredenheid te vergroten.

As a Operations Specialist at Tesla, you will manage the day-to-day registrations that support vehicle sales, delivery, and financial processes across both new and used cars. You will play a key part in your delivery hubs readiness and compliance of registrations supporting internal processes and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

• Voltooi de dagelijkse registratie om soepele en efficiënte operaties te waarborgen.

• Bewaak en registreer registratiestatistieken om problemen snel te identificeren en op te lossen.

• Behandel de verwerking van overheidsincentives en zorg voor naleving van de relevante regelgeving en richtlijnen.

• Houd nauwkeurige gegevens en documentatie bij voor alle incentivegerelateerde activiteiten.

• Bied ondersteuning voor levering ter plaatse en werk samen met verschillende teams om tijdige en nauwkeurige levering van diensten te garanderen.

• Ondersteun en los eventuele ter plaatse opkomende problemen of uitdagingen op.

• Voer dagelijkse nalevingscontroles uit om te zorgen voor naleving van bedrijfsbeleid en wettelijke vereisten.

• Rapporteer en los eventuele nalevingsproblemen of discrepanties op die tijdens controles worden geïdentificeerd.

• Volg en beheer gegevens met betrekking tot verschillende operationele activiteiten, waarbij je nauwkeurigheid en volledigheid waarborgt.

• Onderhoud en werk informatiesystemen bij om data-gedreven besluitvorming te ondersteunen.

• Houd een goede verstandhouding met je centrale en leverings-teams en werk effectief samen om een soepel registratieproces te waarborgen.

• Complete the daily registration to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Monitor and record registration metrics to identify and resolve any issues promptly.
• Handle the processing of government incentives, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all incentive-related activities.
• Provide support for onsite delivery operations, coordinating with various teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
• Support and resolve any onsite issues or challenges that may arise.
• Conduct daily compliance checks to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Report and address any compliance issues or discrepancies identified during checks.
• Track and manage data related to various operational activities, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain and update information systems to support data-driven decision-making.
• Maintain a strong rapport with your Central and Delivery teams, collaborating effectively to ensure a seamless registration process.
