תיאור: What You’ll Do - Manage a high volume and wide range of commercial contracts, including supply agreements, technology licensing agreements, development agreements, services agreements (including cloud-based services), software license agreements, leases and other real estate agreements, and confidentiality agreements
- Provide advice on a wide variety of strategic, regulatory, and transactional matters for Tesla’s supply chain team and other teams
- Facilitate resolution of legal disputes, including by drafting and responding to breach of contract claims
- Prepare and maintain contract forms to support Tesla’s businesses and areas of operation
- Liaise with colleagues worldwide to ensure consistency of contracts and risk allocation across the various Tesla businesses
What You’ll Bring - J.D. with current license to practice in at least one U.S. state or Washington, DC
- Minimum of 8 years of practice experience; combination of law firm and in-house experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills with a business-level to near native-level fluency in English (verbal and written). Spanish, German, and additional languages are a plus
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to proactively identify problems, drive projects, make complex cost/benefit assessments, identify pragmatic/creative legal and business solutions, and quickly earn the confidence of your colleagues
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively and to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced, challenging environment
- Quick and flexible learner with well-honed analytical skills, intellectually curious, open-minded, adaptable, comfortable with ambiguity and risk, and excited by dynamic change
