• Strong understanding of HPDC tooling, machining, and inspection methods
• Hands-on experience building or maintaining a QMS (ISO 9001 experience preferred)
• Proficient in GD&T, SPC, root cause analysis (5 Whys, Fishbone), and other quality tools
• Comfortable working on the shop floor and collaborating with cross-functional teams and die casting industry standards/tolerances

As a Tabless Shift Engineer at Tesla, you will play a key role in supporting production ramp for our innovative cell manufacturing equipment. After enhancing your skills and becoming a subject-matter expert on the Tabless product and process, you will help strengthen the skillset of the on-shift technician team through hands-on trainings, troubleshooting, and creation of documentation.
