• Hands on experience with vehicle chassis systems; prior experience in Formula SAE or experience working on personal cars is a plus

The role requires cross-functional work with multiple internal stakeholders, such as Sales, Legal, System Performance, Asset Management, and Financial Operations. • Review Energy Service and Sales contracts, capturing contractual obligations in internal database to systematize Tesla Energy’s offerings and ensure contractual compliance
• Manage and guide internal stakeholders through contract execution process for new and existing projects
• Periodically perform analysis of contract documents and commitments per internal requests
• Support data validation efforts to ensure consistency among internal platforms and tools

In this role you will be investigating, confirming, paying or denying and resolving claims involving first and third party medical payments coverage or PIP that involve moderate to severe complexity. This person will also be providing outstanding customer service and have the ability to handle a large volume of claims.

• Analyze, review, and interpret policies to assess coverage
• Handle complex to highly complex Medpay/PIP files inclusive of 3rd party claimants
• Review and process reimbursement requests under the applicable 1st party medical coverage based on fee schedules, policy terms limits and reasonable or customary charges
• Analyze file documentation, medical bills, medical records, employment, wage information and other documentation provided
• Responds promptly to written or verbal inquiries from injured parties, medical providers, and attorneys

• Comprehensive knowledge of medical terminology, CPT and ICD 10 codes
• 3+ years’ experience handling Medpay and/or PIP claims, including understanding and interpreting auto policies
• Superior knowledge of and adherence to the state laws and regulations governing the handling of auto Medpay/PIP claims
• State adjuster’s license where domiciled or obtained within 90 day of start date
• Exceptional organization skills while moving from task to task in a high pace environment

• Supporting the Crew Lead and Electrician on the successful servicing and Maintenance of Tesla’s solar products
• Attending weekly team meetings and mandatory training sessions on new products, best service practices, and standard workmanship guidelines
• Following building standards and codes when installing and servicing panels and support structures
• Assisting with routine maintenance on energy systems
• Managing time and tasks effectively with a sense of urgency
• Providing an exceptional customer experience to all customers

• Experience in roof work, general construction or carpentry preferred
• Ability to safely handle power tools, hand tools as well as materials such as ladders, inverters, solar panels, panel boards, batteries and other similar electrical equipment, lumber, roofing materials, etc.
