What to Expect

The role requires cross-functional work with multiple internal stakeholders, such as Sales, Legal, System Performance, Asset Management, and Financial Operations. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

What You’ll Do
  • Review Energy Service and Sales contracts, capturing contractual obligations in internal database to systematize Tesla Energy’s offerings and ensure contractual compliance
  • Manage and guide internal stakeholders through contract execution process for new and existing projects
  • Periodically perform analysis of contract documents and commitments per internal requests
  • Support data validation efforts to ensure consistency among internal platforms and tools
  • Support the development of internal databases and tools to further enhance obligation tracking and provide inputs to improve existing platforms
  • Assist with other service onboarding tasks to ensure smooth handoff to operations for internal and external stakeholders
What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Legal, Energy, or another related field or equivalent experience
  • Experience with legal contract review and ability to interpret contractual language
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
  • Data analysis experience, primarily using Microsoft Excel
  • General knowledge of renewable energy is preferred
  • Professional, detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to manage shifting priorities
  • Motivated, proactive, and passionate
