- Scope and deliver systems, processes, and resources required to support ongoing operations of new energy offerings.
- Support operational processes end-to-end—from customer experience and onboarding, to issue resolution and performance management.
- Manage external service providers and third-party partners (e.g., metering, data, operational support), ensuring performance, compliance, and alignment with program objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including finance, compliance, legal, engineering, and customer support to ensure seamless delivery and risk mitigation.
- Support go-to-market execution by working closely with product and marketing teams to refine local offerings and assist in developing customer communications, digital assets, and engagement strategies.
- Develop and track reporting frameworks to monitor key metrics, ensuring strong operational controls are maintained.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing enhancements to systems and processes.
- Collaborate with global Tesla teams to align local operations with broader strategic goals.
- Proven experience working within the Australian energy market, ideally in a retail or distributed energy environment.
- Strong understanding of energy operations, compliance, and systems.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver outcomes in fast-paced, ambiguous, and evolving contexts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and collaborating across cross-functional and global teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Assist with deployment program strategy, location selection and feasibility analyses
- Develop and refine proposals with property owners, governmental bodies and other key partners; Negotiate win-win solutions and close deals
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to improve customer experience, cost efficiency and timelines
- Work with internal legal counsel to draft, negotiate and close site host agreements
- Highly organized, able to project manage 20+ projects in various phases simultaneously
- Internal communication and teamwork
- Strong relationship management + sales skills
- Autonomous, high-motor approach to execution and achievement
- Self-motivated and outspoken about what is needed to get a job done
- Excellent communicator, able to persuade and impact people from a wide range of roles and backgrounds
- Ability to think from the customer’s perspective
- Proven track record (2+ years) of creating and nurturing strong relationships (e.g. from Retail, Real estate or equivalent B2B experience)
