

Role Description
The Residential Sales Engineer is responsible for selling low- and medium-voltage power distribution and power control solutions within the central FL construction market.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, developing and maintaining strong, trusted relationships with electrical contractors and distributor partners, providing guidance around the application/use of electrical distribution equipment in construction projects, providing subject matter expertise of Siemens products and systems with electrical distributors and contractors.
This high-visibility position is required to provide a strong market presence and support distribution channel partners to drive market share growth.
Product sales responsibility but not limited to: Panelboards, Switchboards, Medium Voltage gear, Lighting Panels, Low Voltage Switchgear, Busway, Motor Control Centers, Molded Case Circuit Breakers, IEC/NEMA Control, Safety Switches, and Residential Products.
Building long term relationships with senior management at key distribution and contractor accounts.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering is strongly desired, although a combination of education (HS Diploma or GED equivalency is a minimum requirement) and directly related work experience will also be considered.
5+ years of successful sales experience
3+ year of LV/MV power distribution product line.
Individual must possess a valid Driver's license in good standing.
Individual must be at least 21 years of age to participate in the required Siemens vehicle plan.

BS in Electrical Engineering preferred
Experience selling to Electrical Contractors is a requirement.

The pay range for this position is $72,400.00 to $124,100.00 and is eligible for Sales Incentive. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.

Position Title: Senior Consultant in Advanced Analytics
Salary: $154,100 - $208,500/ Year
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, 40 Hours/ Week
Qualifications: The position requires a Master’s Degree in Management Science and Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Statistics or a related field. The position requires 4 years in the job offered or as a Management Consultant in Advanced Analytics, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence or a related occupation. The position requires experience with the following: Know-how on Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) of Big Data in enterprise environments (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure); experience with data architecture requirements and conceptual solution blueprints for deploying AI/ML algorithmic solutions in Big Data productive environments in IT and OT systems; experience applying AI/ML algorithmic models and are well acquainted with the properties and limits of a diverse set of established as well as state-of-the art models such as linear regression, logistic regression, decision trees, time series forecasting (e.g. ARIMA), k-means clustering or neural networks, as well as validating the model results against the stated business objectives; experience with advanced AI/ML models for complex, unstructured data including Computer Vision (e.g., CNN’s), Large Language Models (e.g., family of GPT foundational models) and Generative AI models and applications; experience working in programming languages like SQL, Python and R, as well as with frameworks like Tensorflow or PyTorch; experience developing solutions in distributed teams using Version Control tools like GIT; experience exploring data and creating compelling data-driven stories through visualization tools such as Tableau, QlikSense and PowerBI. Skills can be gained concurrently or through a graduate degree program.
