Key Responsibilities:

• Will manage the Siemens EDA Emulation and prototyping AEs in the Central and Eastern regions
• Will work closely with the sales team to identify new customers and present our solutions to them
• Will work closely with the Sales Team to create Strategy and Tactics for each engagement
• Will assign AEs to work on evaluations and then deploy the HAV products
• Will assign AEs to support our current customers with training and resolution of issues
• Will need to be able to work with Marketing and R&D to enhance our products to meet customers’ requirements and needs

Qualifications:

• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
• 20+ years of EDA experience with Emulation and Prototyping
• Current AE Manager with 15+ years of experience
• Must have deep knowledge of Emulation, Emulation offload and Prototyping
• Need to have deep knowledge with DFT and Power verification of SOCs
• Need to have deep knowledge of SW validation challenges
• Must be willing to travel 50% of the time to visit customers
• Experience with System Verilog, SVA, SW IDE tools, Assertions, Coverage
