  • Min. 6 years of relevantwork experience in HR or equivalent business roles, knowledge of people relations practices, procedures, and policies.
  • High empathy skills & strong ability to collaborate and develop trusted relationships with leaders, employees, legal councils, and social partners.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills in English and local language.
  • Deep knowledge of Labor law of the country
  • Strong problem resolution experience, influencing and relationship building at all levels.
  • Pragmatic thinker with strong can-do attitude and the ability to multitask and prioritize and resolve highstress situations withcalmness and diplomacy.
  • Outstanding consulting and coaching skills.
  • Experience in conflict management and critical problem solving.
