What you bring

What you’ll do

You will be responsible for actively monitoring SaaS cloud solutions and initiate immediate action to restore availability in case of service disruption or degradation. As a Cloud Operations Engineer you will drive customer communication, ongoing investigation in collaboration with internal development teams, escalation and bridge call with the affected Line of Businesses and restoration activities. Education
