The Role
Strategic IT Business Services Consultant – CDM with C2C*
Your key responsibilities will be:
Reporting and Forecasting:Provide reports and input for forecasting and planning, validating data in systems like CDL and DED.
Data Management:Validate planned data against actual data, manage changes, and support the planning of builds, decommissioning, and overall infrastructure changes.
Process Understanding:Understand end-to-end processes and diagnose misalignments to find potential solutions.
Qualifications and Skills
Professional Experience:5+ years of professional experience, ideally with some exposure to SAP Enterprise Cloud Services.
Technical Skills
MS Excel:Very good skills with a focus on accuracy and detail.
SAP Tools:Familiarity with SAP Enterprise Cloud Services internal tooling such as DED, PQA, SPC, CLD is advantageous.
Commit-to-Consume Process:Experience with the C2C process is a plus.
Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; German language skills are a bonus.
Problem-Solving:Ability to understand and analyse processes, patterns, and connections to identify and resolve issues.
Client Relationships:Ability to establish and maintain solid working relationships with clients.
