For BTS Team in Italy we’re looking for an experienced professional who shines in the following areas:
Drive the Business Transformation Journeys for strategic customers of the Market Unit and the Region, focusing on Value Realization
Act as trusted advisor to C-Levels
Connect the Customer Strategy to the Suite-First, AI-First value proposition, while promoting Best Practices adoption, Clean Core concept and AI-driven automation of processes
Create demand for Business Transformation Services
Uncover opportunities to drive customer’s innovation agenda
Contribute to internal and external perception of team reputation
Actively support Services Organization KPIs attainment
Safeguard quality of team contribution and deliverables
Ensure healthy utilization
Be eager to develop his/her skills set according to demand
Demonstrate leadership when coordinating projects and resources
EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS
Higher education degree (Masters degree or MBA preferred e.g. business administration, economics, computer sciences, engineering etc.)
EXPERIENCE
At least 10 years of professional work experience in consulting for business and IT transformation or in comparable responsibility
Experienced in driving Digital Transformation projects within complex environments, both domestic and international
Familiar with key SAP’s solutions, namely S/4HANA on RISE, BTP, LoBs applications (e.g. Ariba, IBP, SuccessFactors, DMC etc)
Comfortable in interacting with CxOs, understanding their priorities and influencing their agenda
Familiar with strategic thinking and conceptual design of complex projects & programs
