YOUR PROFILE

  • Masters degree with focus on communications, political science, economics or related field.
  • 5+ years' of work experience in communications.

  • Proven track record of keynote preparation and speechwriting.
  • Strong ability to deal competently and professionally with confidential and sensitive topics.
  • Experience of working with top and senior management.

What you'll do

As an Associate Business Process Consultant, you'll have a host of responsibilities focused on helping our customers maximize their systems' efficiency and performance:

  • Work with a highly experienced team of technical experts within SAP Center of Expertise while collaborating with teams across the globe
  • Provide onsite and remote customer service delivery via transformational and safeguarding services from the SAP Premium Engagement portfolio to some of SAPs biggest customers around the world.
  • Be accountable for development, proof of concept and configuration services for SAP customers in the UX space
  • Empower customers with hands on, face-to-face workshops covering SAP Fiori & UX topics along with some of the more recent innovation topics

YOUR PROFILE

What you will bring:

  • 5-10 yrs. of practical experience from a multi-national environment advising management and work as enterprise architect and/or transformation advisor

  • Experience delivering at least one full end-to-end SAP implementation in a responsible role from process design to after GoLive, ideally incl. support and optimization

  • Work with the project team, team leaders, project delivery leads, and client stakeholders to conceptualize and create stand-out solution and implementation strategies using the SAP Sales and Service Cloud solutions to help solve the customer business needs and problems
  • Proficient in SAP Sales and Service Cloud process configurations, offline configurations, code list mappings, Key User Tool and UI Concepts (screen configuration, layouts, business roles)
  • Experience working with other CRM technologies with a good functional knowledge of Sales and Service processes
  • Experience in SAP Sales and Service Cloud (V1/V2) In-App and side by side extension builds using the BTP Extension framework
  • Experience in Cloud integrations between SAP and Sales and Service Cloud and ECC/S4HANA, other ERPs, BTP IS, other CX Solutions (Commerce, Marketing, Analytics Cloud, etc.)
  • Lead to Cash business use case implementation experience
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and gain the trust as key advisors
  • Ability to do fit-gap analysis on business requirements related to sales and service areas
  • Help license sales and other stakeholders establish the business case for the SAP(Sales & Service) cloud technology solution recommended to the client
  • Ability to extend the architecture with customizations, extensions and partner ecosystem applications (E.g, MindTouch, SAP Contact Center, Synch, Annex Cloud, Vertex, etc.)
  • Knowledge of S4HANA/ECC will be preferred
