Responsibilities

Create designs that adhere to and extend the existing style guide & generate detailed final design specs that inspire accurate developer builds.
Work with developers and quality experts to deliver a polished final product
Promote and educate others on new interface guidelines and design patterns & mentor new design staff.
Set the vision for a product’s creative identity, articulate it clearly and convincingly, and guide the team through its implementation.
Creates inclusive designs for all users. Advocates for accessibility, encouraging product and engineering management to prioritize accessible features and bug fixes.
Required Skills:
Min 8 years of designing and delivering products from start to finish as part of a cross-functional team.
Deep understanding of user-centered design methods and standard processes & desire to continually improve on processes.

Basic Requirements

Proven experience leading technical architecture in healthcare programs (e.g., hospital, aged care, mental health, NDIS).
Strong understanding of cloud architecture, data modeling, integrations, and platform security .
Demonstrated ability to lead stakeholder engagement and communicate with both business and technical teams.
Ability and willingness to travel across ANZ based on project needs.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior consulting experience with enterprise customers and/or government health providers.
Experience with Salesforce technologies: Health Cloud, OmniStudio, Service Cloud, MuleSoft, Public Sector Solutions .
Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Health Cloud Accredited Professional , B2B/B2C Solution Architect).
Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks — TOGAF certification strongly preferred .
Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines , and agile project delivery (e.g., SAFe).
Knowledge of ANZ healthcare standards: Medicare, NDIS, Support at Home, My Health Record .

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE
MuleSoft’s Professional Services team works across every technology and system to deliver solutions to customers in every industry. As a Technical Architect on our Services team, you will work hands-on with our customers and partners to tackle business challenges using MuleSoft’s Anypoint Platform. You will provide onsite technical mentorship on MuleSoft implementation projects, evaluate the customer’s technical and functional requirements, and develop efficient solutions to provide customers with demonstrable returns.
3 months:
Participate in MuleSoft Technical Product and Consulting Services training, methodology, and enablement.
Begin participation in field activities with clients by shadowing seasoned architects/senior consultants and practicing enablement gained from training.
Begin to complete MuleSoft implementations for customers and start on your journey to internalize business outcomes and business context relevance to MuleSoft implementation methodologies and approaches.
Complete MuleSoft technical certifications and fully ramp on technology and implementation methodologies; start to develop and contribute subject-matter expertise and project deliverables to architects to review for incorporation into internal knowledge exchanges.
Begin mentorship and guidance of junior services team members in our services organization.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

API Management solutions (Apigee, Mashery, etc)
One or more on-premise/SaaS packaged COTS (Commercial Off-the-Shelf) solutions for ERP, CRM, e-Commerce, or mobile (e.g. Salesforce.com, NetSuite, Oracle, Siebel, SAP, WorkDay, etc.)
Demonstrated experience implementing multiple technical integration project SDLCs (Software Development Life Cycle) end-to-end.
Demonstrated ability to effectively implement solutions within a diverse technical team of client, SIs, contractors, and internal teams.
Contribute integration artifacts to internal initiatives to enrich services organization practices.
Working knowledge of on-premise infrastructure and cloud-based deployments and configurations along with monitoring and management.
Experience developing, profiling, and troubleshooting Java application code and automated testing tools.
Experience in completing technical design documentation and technical reference materials for client/internal consumption.
Ability to travel.
