Your role:

  • Join the Regional Service Parts Fulfillment team within the Service Parts Supply Chain (SPS) organization, serving as the point of contact for regional order fulfillment performance.
  • Own the order management and backorder processes for your region, including daily oversight, communication to field service, and escalation management on delays.
  • Lead root cause analysis for order delays and drive improvement initiatives to enhance fulfillment processes and meet customer SLAs.
