Lead country order fulfillment, inventory, 4PL, and distribution operations; ensure SLA compliance, budget alignment, process excellence, and regulatory adherence.
Key responsibilities:
- Responsible for country order fulfillment activities and be the point of contact for order management matters.
- Responsible for country inventory management, ensuring inventory plan is aligned with business plan.
- Responsible for 4PL management, ensuring all warehousing and distribution activities meet the agreed SLA.
- Responsible for managing country distribution expenses and ensure it is in line with the budget.
- Collaborating with the cross functional team to support and meet the country inventory requirement.
- Ensure the operational activities are following regulatory, quality, and financial policies.
- Lead and drive regional and local initiatives to drive process excellence within the country.
- Ensure distributor orders being fulfilled as per agreed service level.
- Tracking backorders and provide fulfillment details to commercial team and business partners.
- Maintain optimum inventory levels to meet the planned DIOH (Days Inventory on Hand) targets.
- Reduction of slow moving or nonmoving inventory to reduce inventory reserves.
- Demand and supply planning alignment with Regional Demand Planner in monthly Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP) meeting.
- Working with service providers for timely and accurate delivery of products.
- Ensure 4PL warehouse and distribution activities are aligned with BSC Quality Agreement.
- Drive process improvements to improve operational efficiencies
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong expertise in order fulfillment, inventory planning & management, and 4PL/warehouse operations.
- Proficiency in demand & supply planning (SIOP) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
- Strong analytical skills with ability to manage KPIs such as SLA performance, DIOH, and distribution costs.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to drive process improvements, ensure compliance (regulatory/quality/financial), and improve operational efficiency.
- 5 years of supply chain operations experience, with at least 3–5 years in order fulfillment, inventory, or logistics leadership roles.
- Proven track record in end-to-end supply chain management.
- Strong background in cost control and budget management.
- Hands-on experience working with 4PL providers and external logistics partners.
- Knowledge of compliance, quality, and regulatory standards in supply chain.

- Industry background in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare.
- Experience in regional or global supply chain environments.
- Exposure to digitalization and automation projects in logistics/fulfillment.
