Your role:
UKI Strategy Development: Formulate and implement localized shopper activation and sales plans to maximize performance across all channels.
Performance Management: Ensure delivery against key financial, consumer, and customer performance indicators
Channel Strategy Execution: Define and implement the channel strategy and customer choices, aligning with the overall regional commercial strategy. Maximize our portfolio and execute effective channelization and promotion strategies.
Joint Business Planning: Develop and execute strong Joint Business Plans with top customers, ensuring mutual growth and success.
Consumer and Shopper Activation: Lead the execution of consumer and shopper activation programs tailored to the unique Sources of Business in the UKI
Collaborative Engagement: Secure strong collaboration end-to-end between region, country and customers to create impactful consumer experiences.
Leadership and Development: Demonstrate excellence in organizational leadership and people development, driving employee engagement and fostering a high-performance culture.
You're the right fit if:
10+ years of industry experience and a university degree;
Mastery level of commercial, customer-facing, or negotiation experiences (e.g., joint business planning, annual negotiations);
Advanced experience in developing local UK&I marketing strategies to drive consumer engagement and maximize media presence (i.e., developing marketing plans including demand generation/media / digital / PR, etc.);
Proficient experience in portfolio management (range and portfolio build-up, pricing & channelization);
Advanced experience in dealing with business acumen (e.g. P&L management);
Mastery level of understanding commercial landscape, retail dynamics and strategic account planning;
Advanced leadership with an enterprise mindset to guide others on areas of focus in end-to-end organization;
Mastery of the ability to inspire and lead teams, develop talent, and nurture an inspiring culture;
Have a Quality First mindset;
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills and fluency in English;

Your role:
As a Philips Senior National Account Manager, you will work with one of our key digital/online retail customers to create a mutual strategy though joint business plans (JBPs).
Your focus will be on growing market share by focusing on range, product mix and promotional effectiveness, continually reviewing rate of sales and adapting plans accordingly.
This particular role has a specific focus on developing our online strategy which accounts for majority of our sales
You will have commercial responsibility for your customers, managing P&L and negotiating commercial terms including range, distribution, and pricing agreements.
Actively seek & position new concepts and strategies, in alignment with Customer Marketing Manager’s, driving the digital agenda.
Co-ordinating with company supply chain function to ensure on-time fulfilment of orders.
Collaborating with Category Management to analyse sales & market trends and identify emergent risks & opportunities.
Ensuring accounting records are completed on time and in full
Reporting into the Channel Leader, and working closely alongside our Strategic Account Manager and Category Management team to analyse sales & market trends and identify emergent risks & opportunities.

You are performance driven individual capable for delivering against multiple KPIs whilst at the same time completely admin tasks in a timely fashion.
