The Renewal Specialist CT develops and executes strategic and tactical sales plans to exceed CT Services financial targets for Indonesia. This includes partner performance management and direct sales of: Warranty Conversions, Contract Renewals, Win Back programs Corporate Contracts and Billable Conversions.
Your role:
Drive CT Services Channel Partner performance management by setting annual targets, ensuring the underpinning of the targets and the partners enablement
Support Service Account Managers to drive contract penetration with CT as a bundle into multi-modality renewals.
Penetrate large direct customers with creative value propositions.
Drive SFDC funnel accuracy and ensure forecast accuracy.
Demonstrate solution-selling skills and manage internal relationships with the sales and customer delivery organizations to meet renewal and retention objectives.
Improve and automate sales process to increase win rate and on-time renewal.
Prepare specific campaigns and marketing events in collaboration with CT modality manager.
Collaborate with other departments across the company to ensure customer satisfaction.
Demonstrate solution-selling skills and manage internal relationships with the sales and customer delivery organizations
Responsible for delivering top line performance of CT Services in Indonesia and in line with bottom line expectations
You're the right fit if:
Strong commercial experience with funnel management and solutions/service selling. Preferably previous experience in Services and/or in CT.
Experience in driving sales process improvement, sales digitization to improve sales productivity. Experience in direct sales a must an in Indirect is preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills/team up with internal stakeholders. Problem Solving. Creative.

Responsible for service parts logistics exception handling to ensure that service parts are delivered in good quality at the right time and place within agreed budget.
Your role:
Identify delivery issues in an early stage and take corrective actions timely by working closely with suppliers and physical distribution to resolve these supply issues.
Track and trace spare parts.
Actively participate in Customer Services logistics improvement projects.
Coordinate warehouse team.
Inventory management and handling (Data logger).
Coordinate outbound last mile transport and delivery.
Coordinate final delivery at customer site.
Follow up in case of missing, damaged or wrong deliveries.
Trigger Defective on Arrival (DEFOA) or Visual Philips Escalation Resolution (VIPER).
Initiate returns to supplier and secures financial settlement.
Create and update weekly report on every activity (CM, PM, FCO) to operation manager.
Coordinate FCO parts ordering with Logistics / inventory officer.

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or Management, with 3-5 years of related experience in Customer Service or Supply Chain.
Basic knowledge of SAP, along with comprehensive knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Ability to work logically and systematically under pressure to deliver quick.
Excellent communication skills with a proven track record in problem-solving and relationship management.
Certification in a supply chain role is a plus.
