Your role:

  • Participate in defining and controlling of the implementation of the business policy, pricing strategy and product/modality to be sold by the BU in the region, according to established guidelines
  • Work together with AMs, Sales Specialist informs and recommend customers the latest technological innovations developed and its associated configurations, including the possible upgrades of the installed base, attending the complaints and inquiries made, in order to obtain a higher level of customer satisfaction and contribute to achieve the sales targets.
  • Assist AMs with customer presentations specifically focused on the clinical and technical components of the value proposition. Understand and address competitive positioning and marketing strategy of respective product / modality, and supports where needed in identification of the tender strategy and quotation
  • Support the Account managers and District Managers in achievement of business goals including balanced selling and BG/BIU AOP attainment and validating product forecasts.

  • Bachelor degree in Bio-medical Engineering or Medical Imaging
  • Experience in hospital or healthcare industry
  • Knowledge in competitor’s product and technology
  • Good presentation, selling and communication skills

  • Serve as Consultant for implementing solution require a multidisciplinary approach, knowledge of principles, theories and concepts.
  • Works on issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives.
  • Track and monitor order in-take (OIT) and Solution delivery (SR) pacing according to the Annual Operational Plan (AOP).
  • Develops and implements strategic policies when selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
  • Lead the solution consultation, works independently to provide advice within specific areas.
  • Drives integral design of solutions, which base on customer intelligence, engaging with customers and local marketing with the goal to convert leads into clients.
  • Providing guidance and mentorship to team members to ensure that they have the skills and support they need to complete their tasks.
  • Working with clients or other stakeholders to meet their needs and expectations.
  • Handle complaints (safety & non-safety related) & Escalations to ensure accurate and timely analysis, registration.

You are a part of

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor Degree or above major in Information Systems Technology, Software Engineering and Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum 10 years working experience in IT Sales and marketing functions, from medical healthcare industry is definite advantage
  • Excellent business sense with sales-oriented approach and project management skills
  • Excellent communication skills and able to interacts with functional peer groups and maintain good relationship with external parties
  • Good command of English and Mandarin
