Experienceworking on electronic systemswithin semiconductor, medical devices, defense,aerospace, or aviationindustry is a plus.
Outstanding interpersonal communication, analytical andproblem-solvingskills.
Proven track record of engaging empathetically with customers, ensuring a positive experience, while fostering a collaborative environment to address their needs and concerns.
Driven to be hands-on and passionate about learning new things
Proactive communication that facilitates seamless collaboration and address customer requirements effectively.
Fluent in English and Italianlanguage is a must.

KLA Internship - Customer Service Engineer Italy, Sicily, Catania
Job Description
The scope of work will be:
- Acquire knowledge on tools operation and application
- Acquire skills in order to perform preventive maintenance
- Following initial tools life-cycle in the field (Installation and acceptance test)
- Data gathering and log file analyses to find proactively possible gap or issue
- Process improvement
The internship will be based in Catania with a duration of about 10 weeks.

Requires less than 1 year of related experience

Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and diagnose Pneumatic, Vacuum, Electronic (AC and DC), and Computer issues to the component level.
Must have working knowledge of Windows, Linux as well as MS Office products.
Good organizational skills.
A flexible approach to work responsibilities, enabling both independent and team working.
Ability to work alone or unsupervised for extended period, often in difficult conditions.
A detailedand logical approach to problem solving.
Accurate completionof all field reports.
Travel required by driving and flying as needed to support all services.
Position located in Milan area
Work autonomously

Lift items overhead safely
Work on hands and knees or on their back while servicing equipment
Be able to bend and twist to gain access to service the equipment
