As a legal intern, you will gain invaluable insight into the legal issues affecting a leading cloud computing company. You will be an active member of the legal team, contributing to both complex projects and day-to-day responsibilities. Projects you can expect include evaluating legal issues related to IT, contract or privacy matters across Europe, as well as participating in customer contract negotiations.What You’ll Do:

• Evaluate legal issues relating to IT and privacy matters across Europe

• Participate in customer and partners contract negotiations

Contribute to both complex projects and day-to-day responsibilities within the lLegal team

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law at a university in Milan, expected to graduate in 2026.

• Law student interested in gaining experience within a technology company’s legal department
-Must be eligible to enter into acurricularConvenzione di tirocinio(internship agreement) with their university for the entire duration of the internship.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse internal legal and business groups
• Ability to research legal and business issues and learn new concepts quickly
• Positive and professional attitude, including dependability, timeliness, and a penchant for discretion
• Proactive, results-driven, and eager to learn
• Strong familiarity with technical Internet concepts and cloud computing
• Strong interest in and/or experience in the high technology industry
• Demonstrated aptitude and passion for learning new things
• Commitment to and interest in community service
