As a Wealth Management Trusts & Estates Tax Operations, Vice President within the Trusts & Estates and Tax Operations team within Wealth Management (WM), you will be crucial in supporting the US Private Bank by ensuring the timely and accurate completion of CRS and FATCA reporting. You will lead the CRS Indicia Cure Process, enhance tax compliance procedures, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of regulatory reporting obligations. Job responsibilities

  • Perform required research for a product set-up and account opening to assess documentation requirements on internal systems as applicable
  • Ensure documentation conforms to the Bank’s legal guidelines and policies and standards, including risk mitigation through adherence to the control framework

  • Possesses a solid understanding of financial products, corporate finance, financial modeling and market dynamics
  • Advanced knowledge of financial statements and accounting
  • Experience with documentation related to credit agreements
  • Knowledge/experience of derivative products and documentation (including ISDA and CSA)
