As a Senior Mechanical Engineer within our Advanced Facilities team, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing advanced manufacturing facilities. You'll impact the world around you by solving real-life challenges in the chemical, heavy industrial, and pulp and paper industries while helping clients capitalize on emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, develop, design, and select required equipment, power controls, piping, structures, and earthwork for commercial and industrial purposes
• Lead mechanical engineering aspects of complex facility design projects, ensuring compliance with codes, standards, and client specifications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers and scientists to develop innovative solutions
• Perform detailed engineering calculations and analyses to support design decisions
• Create and review technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
• Interface with clients to understand requirements and present engineering solutions
• Conduct site assessments and field investigations as needed
• Support project scheduling, budgeting, and resource planning
