• Lead and manage a group of Silicon Packaging Engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the successful execution of projects.

Technical Expertise

• Serve as the technical lead for the package design team cross multiple products.

As the Logistics Business Analyst for our Semiconductor Wafer Foundry ERP Transformation, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our project. You will be responsible for reviewing, providing inputs, and approving various documents and scripts related to configuration, testing, security, integration, cutover planning, and user acceptance testing.
