Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform refinery/petrochemical/gas processing process design work to produce various design packages (eg. Schedule A);
  • Work in a team environment to develop heat and material balances, PFDs and P&IDs, size/specify large scale plant equipment including reactors, vessels, columns, fired heaters, pumps, compressors, heat exchangers, and other equipment;
  • Run process simulation tools for design and alternate cases, size process piping, run hydraulics and develop project specifications for major equipment;
  • Participate in the maintenance and development of related design tools and documentation.

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering (or soon to be obtained)
  • Post graduate engineering experience would be a plus
  • Available to be trained in US for 12 months.

  • Industry experience with refining, petrochemical or gas processing technologies;
  • Knowledge of UOP Technologies;
  • Experience in process engineering including the use of flow sheeting software (UniSim, Aspen, or similar);

Inside Sales Representative IIat Honeywell, in Bucharest, you will be responsible for

The role might also require marketing campaign & lead management, cold calling activities, pipeline management, forecasting and closing opportunities to get results.

This is a hybrid role, 3 days at the office + 2 days work from home model.

Key responsibilities

  • Meet Annual Sales AOP and assigned activities (MOS/KPI)
  • Build long-term, meaningful customer relationships on the phone and via yearly planned sales visits
  • Act on the customer’s behalf as an advocate to assure customer has best possible experience when interacting with Honeywell
  • Collaborate effectively with other internal teams to ensure the customer needs are fully met
  • Involve in ad-hoc team projects to address orders and revenue gaps and other business objectives
  • Identify market and competitor activity, product and industry developments and feedback this information to management and other relevant functions (e.g. Marketing or Sales)
  • Account management activities: upsell & cross sell business planning and execution/develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Actively pursues new opportunities to drive and enable business growth while addressing new or existing customer needs
  • Managing special price requests or technical inquiries
  • Forecast and pipeline management (accuracy & sufficiency) in SFDC.
  • Ensure SFDC all data accuracy

  • Proactively identify and monetize pricing opportunities.
  • Perform sensitivity analysis based on the price proposals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (e.g. statistics, math, engineering, marketing);
  • Middle level of experience in a similar role;
  • Great data extraction, transformation experience using Alteryx, SQL etc.;
  • Analytical mindset and should be good on Tableau dashboard to visualize the data;
  • Advance Excel skill;
  • Proven track record of leading projects and cross-functional teams that successfully achieved milestones and completed deliverables.
